Hello Sir/Madam, MY body weight varies alot over period of time, I was 78 kg last year, but now my current weight is 90 kg, I have gone through my Thyroid profile it is also normal, kindly advise me proper diet from morning to night so that I can reduce my weight, I used to do daily running for 3 km. Please advise. Thanks.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.
