Dear sir/mam, I am a 46 years old unmarried guy. I usually clean the glans after retracting the foreskin with soap. I heard some people say not to use soap. Can I use instead of soap to clean. There is a white substance which accumulates and if I do not use soap it will smell bad which I don't like. Please suggest me with a solution.
