Here are some tips- 1.Do not skip breakfast ,eat within 1 hour of rising. 2.Eat well balanced healthy food and avoid processed ,packed juices, indian sweets, fried food (limit your saturated fat and artificial sugar intake) 3.Get complex carb, healthy fat and enough protein. 4.Eat those green leafy vegetables and lettuce etc. 5.The key is not to starve.
