Sir, I eat my food properly but im not physically fit and have never been fat also My physical appearance is very weak and I want to become fat, not fat actually but I want to look better than the earlier.

U need to do regular exercise....jogging is also essential...have to take high protein regularly..take lots of fruits..take walnuts,,almonds,,dates,,cashew...take soaked chic peas and pea nuts..
