Hai. As I'm a thyroid and starting stage of Pcos patient. As my doctor said me tat I need to lose my weight. Presently I'm at 73 kg. I need come down to 65 plzz help with a diet plan. Wat need to hve and wat need to avoid. My doctor guided me to not to include cabbage, cauliflower and drum stick. Apart frm thus wat and I need to avoid for thyroid and pcos.

Take your med as given on time and with that you have to avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.
