Hi Sir, 1st of all want to know are you diabetic or not. If not then you can take 1 cup of warm milk with 1/2 tsf ghee at bed time if you are not hypertensive also or 1tsf castor oil at bed time if you feel your bowel is not clear. Do massage with oil like sesame oil, coconut oil on the palm and sole of your hand and feet also over the head before sleeping. For numbness can massage all over the body and for that sesame oil is best. Except that put 2 drop of ghee in each nostril one by one and take deep breath 2 times in a day. It will help you in sleep as well as in dry mouth. You can also do shakti mudra for deep sleep. It all will help you.
