Hello sir, I am from Hyderabad. Actually my left testicle size is increased upto 1/2 to 1 inch from last 6 months it is constant & some times there is a pain in the left side vein below stomach. When I have consulted a doctor he told that it is due to deposit of water & for that he also gave some alopathy medicines also. But till now no result. I wanna know whether it is hydrocele or what. As when I asked my doctor he told it is due to deposit of dirty water & can be cured by medicines, but with medicine no results till now. Please suggest me some medicines or treatment.
