My age is 26 and my weight is 68. I am planning for baby but before that I think I should loose some weights. From last month's I am on 5 days diet, I eat less than 400 calories for 5 days in a week. Do yoga, and walk on stairs for 5th floor daily in the night. But still I am not loosing weight it always vary from 66,67,68. What to do? Do really I need to loose weight before conceive?

Dear lybrateuser, -Do not get worried about your weight, it takes time to reduce, there is no fixed formula, you can conceive with the present weight, but it is advised to reduce as weight increases during pregnancy & excessive weight can cause other problems during pregnancy - take a brisk walk in the open which provides fresh air & more oxygen & will help burn more calories.
