Do yoga exercise n running. Drink lukewarm water only no plain water. Add ajwain or jeera to hot water n drink this water only. Drink green tea in morning. Have light fresh food- veggies like lauki Tori parwal tinda etc in pulses- mung malka arhar etc. Alternatively. Make food in Little quantity of oil. Don't eat fast food or junk food. Have small small diet n do not drink water before 45 min of food. Use barley (jau) roti. Go for VIRECHAN n udwartan therapy in Ayurveda.
