My sister suffer from severe acne from 2 years acne are with puss skin is dry type tries all antibiotics full course but infection not going they are painful cannot wash face she also have the problem of menses but it is under control with medicines but acne are spreading all over the face his age is 20 years what is the cause and what is the best option for him pls guide me.
