Hello all my problem is while I have small work I got tired and I can not lift heavy weights my body condition is unstable and my shoulders also got pain please any tips for good body health and stamina And second thing please mention any foods and juice caz i'm done appendices patient while 7 years back I done any fruits or juice that might be help for me more useful.

Well first of all u need to do some stretching exercise..do some push ups this will increase strength of ur shoulder and arm also...u need to take high protein in diet..take lots of green veggies...fruits...walnuts,,almonds,,dates,cashew...take soaked chic peas and pea nut...along with u need to check ur blood sugar level,thyroid level..
