I'm preparing for competitive exams like upsc, my study plan is 10 hours per day, but I'm feeling difficult to concentrate on study more than one hour, how to improve concentration and how to gain more knowledge in short time, how to make my mind sharp and easily memorable what I studied? And I feel stress during studying what are tips to stress less preparation for competitive exams.

Take 8 hours of sleep daily which helps you remember things which you studied before, do yoga ,meditation. Make a time table of the subjects or topics that you want to read on that particular time .divide time and days according to you so that when the exam came you don't feel hectic complete syllabus 1 month before the exam date so that you get enough time to revise. ,meditation
