Dear Sir/Madam, I feel tired always and when sudden I get up from my place, then I feel like I will faint. I think it because of low blood pressure and sometime I also feel pain in my bones, specially back bones. Sir please advise me, what may be the reason behind this and how I can cure it. Thank you,
