Dear Lybrate user, Please visit your dentist and get the tooth checked. The pain could be a reaction to the impact and may subside in sometime, or the tooth could be damaged, which will be apparent after an X-ray. There is no tablet that can treat the condition. Please visit your dentist at the earliest.
