Hey I am 23 years old and my weight is 60 kgs. I need to loose 8 kgs more. Please advise.

Hi , have frequent meals 5-6 meals but small, drink lots of normal water not chilled, in every morning have either 1 glass parsley water or 1 glass lukewarm water with lemon, do work out or brisk walk or jogging 45 minutes to 1 hr. And have healthy diet only like whole grain cereals, pulses, vegetables, nuts, fruits, toned milk and milk products (egg white, fish, chicken breast if non veg).
