Hello sir now working and living qatar. Sir I hv a problem its not all the time some time only. If I imagine or see some prone picture usually we get tempe. Me to get if I tried to control it later I will get a lot pain in my balls I feel one the balls get swell little bit .one will b bigger then other one. And it take 1 to 2 hrs to get normal again. Can I knw wat is the problem for this. Pls reply me sir. Hope you understand my problem.
