Hi, I am currently 108 kgs but used to be 80 kgs 3 years back. I have been gaining weight regardless of whatever I do. I suffer from Thyroid and take 100 mg of thyronorm every day and it is in control currently. Kindly advice me a diet so that I can reduce at least 18 kgs in 3 months. I feel hungry a lot specially between 5 to 7 pm and eat snacks available in office like noodles, bread pakoda, vada pav etc.

Avoid fastfoods and sweeteners. Do exercise or brisk walk which may get you tired. And then control your hunger with green veg salads or soups. Avoid sweeteners. Repeat your full thyroid profile again. You might get reduction in your weight as you desire. Eat less to 20% of your routine daily home diet. Don't go for sleep after 3-4 hours of eating.
