I am 5 feet 4 inch height and 72 kg weight. I am 52 years old and having high BP and blood glucose. I am doing walking daily since 25 years but not able to reduce my weight. Can any one please suggest how to bring down my weight somewhere between 62-65 kg.

Walking should be perspirating, nearly 5-6 km per hour rate. Eat little less. Do more exercise. Avoid direct sweet items.

Hello, Weight loss occurs when calories used exceed calories taken.Make sure you are increasing the intensity of your exercise(Without overstressing as that can be dangerous for a hypertensive patient).Weight loss largely depends on the diet and there is something which is not correct about it.Get in touch with me for an apt hypertensive diet recommendation.
