Dear Lybrate User, Stress, improper diet is one of the reason for weight gain along with that lack of exercise , improper sleep , outside eating habit etc causing weight gain. so for loosing weight not only diet but also exercise is important. do at least 30 min exercise at home . take home made meal on regular time , choose fresh and healthy diet , eat seasonal fruits once in a day and take proper 7-8 hr sleep. meditation is helpful for reliving work pressure/stress .
