Doctor my height is 6 foot and weight is 84. I want to do gym and take supplement. Is it useful for making a good body and if yes which company should I take for better and faster result. And I have also some tummy fat.

You can do gym but with out supplement avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every.
