Sometimes I have pain in left chest. When it's pain it's just for few seconds or minutes. This pain is just like shrink. Also near left scapula. I have done many times ecg which is normal. Also done 2D echo which also normal. Cpkmb test which also normal. X-ray of chest which is also normal. I can't understand why this happen. When it's pain I feel very fear of that. Please give me the proper solution.

Hi lybrate-user. If you are fearing for heart condition then at this age it is very unusual and with all the reports you have to worry a least. The pain can be of muscular origin or vague nervous spasm. Which does not need any medicine until it is too severe or frequent. SOmetimes or rather most of the time this kind of pain are stress related and relaxation helps a lot.
