Gain weight by some protein or weigh powder permanently I had taken tablets for gaining weight some year ago I gained the weight but when I stop taking them I again lost my weight Please help me I am eggitarian.

Hello, There are a lot of natural food sources which can give you healthy and sustainable weight gain.Please do not rely on medicines as they can harm you more.Include low fat yogurts,tofu,beans,pulses,dairy ,eggs in your regular diets with good carbohydrates.
