What fruit should I eat while in diabetes type 2? I like mostly black berry n papaya. Is mango is okay in diabetes? Thank you.

Do not consume mango. You can consume papaya, guava, jamun, apple, orange, sweet lime etc.

Hello librate user, there are some protocol for eating fruits specially in diabetes. Always eat fruits that are fresh, local and in season. - Eat fruits that have a low glycemic index. -�Fruits should not be eaten with your main meals, its best to have fruits in between meals and as a snack. - Fruits with high glycemic index should be eaten only in moderation. Fruits can be taken are Pomegranate Gauva Apple Grapes. Strawberry Blueberry Papaya Orange Cherry etc.
