lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Your fasting glucose is normal, but PP is marginally high (<140 mg/ 100 ml is normal). There is no diabetes. You need to exercise regularly, prevent weight increase (Ideal weight <70 kgs), take very few sweets and deep fried foods, avoid junk foods and bakery items and foods made of maida. That will keep you healthy and fit. Will also help in preventing diabetes, Thanks.
