My mom aged over 45 below 50 has chronic piles problem and pain in legs lower to knee joints. She's also a patient of low b.p. Now a days pain in legs bcom a severe problem. She's also been diagnosed with diabetes bt it is normal now. What shd we do? Pls advise.

Hi, should advice to avoid continuous sitting it can aggravate the pain better should in lying position. Avoid spicy foods, potato, bread, chapatti and fried items. Advice to drink more water. Drink more butter milk, curd and lemon juice. Take pomegranate, aloevera juice. Homeopathic medicine can cure the piles problem. Further help contact me online consultation. Take care.
