No one feels unhappy and insecure without reason. Something would have happened in the past or your childhood because of which you are feeling this way. Please see a counsellor for further diagnosis and treatment. In your diet you should have vitamin and minerals rich diet with good amount of omega 3 oils. Stop consuming junk and heavy foods.
