I am 18 years old. And as I work stressly as a student I can not sleep well. For this my head getting pressure and pain. What can I do for it?

Many of the students now a days going through diz problem. Please avaid coffee at evening and night. Do some mild exercise of 30mins. And If possible take a shower before going to sleep.
