Hi, to reduce weight, you need to restrict your carbohydrates (rice, potato, breads, noodles) and fat (fried foods, junk foods like burgers, pizza) intake. Have a protein -rich diet with more of milk & milk products like paneer, curd, also soybean, eggs, chicken, pulses, sprouts. Avoid sugar-based foods & sweets. Include 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables daily. For a proper customized diet chart, do 10 min walk after having lunch and dinner. Don't drink water in between meals.
