1) I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis at this small age since 5 years. 2) due to that I am getting sounds from knees like crazy chrukkkk. Sounds. 3) whenever I bend and do sit-up and all other activities. 4) now I am using vitamin d3 and calceo syrup. 5) now I am willing to buy a "BICYCLE" for exercise. 6)please tell me is it advisable of doing cycling daily or not please suggest me 7) all are saying that if you put pressure on knees cartilage will get damage like that they are saying 8) even my doctor said to avoid using indian toilet please suggest me please.

Squatting, sitting on floor, climbing stairs often and any exercises that puts too much load on joints Should be avoided cycling you can do avoiding too much exertion to joints.
