Hai sir I am suffering from cough and right side chest pain since 20 days so I have consult 4 doctors but it is nt curring sir I have taken x-ray also in that light infection is there and nanjuu is there wt is disease sir its tb r other else and y it's nt curring sir NW I what can I do sir for these disease tell me sir and vch tablets I want to use and vch cough syrup tell me sir.
