One of my cousin lost her baby girl in 6 month & one baby boy in 8 month after that I was taking treatment in allopathy field before 3 years but still I am not pregnant but recently I found Dr. She said check your apla test. I want to know this test. please suggest me what I do.

I am sorry to learn of your cousin's miscarriage. APLA stands for Anti Phospholipid Antibodies. They are seen in certain Auto immune diseases such as APLA syndrome & SLE. Medical science is still not clear about why it occurs in only some individuals. They develop antibodies without any obvious reason and it causes clotting of blood in the blood vessels. Miscarriage is a known feature of APLA syndrome. Treatment is difficult, but in some, Asprin or Heparin may help. You should consult a Rheumatologist. Wishing you all the best!
