Ed early discharge less ejaculation released sometime before intercourse feel stressed but have lots of desire to sex but don't get my drive on or ejaculated for continuing 2nd or more time that makes disappointed to me and my partner too. If avoid sex than fall in night and if have desire to sex but control than feel some white liquid with urine .plzz help. And one more thing happened with me Dr. Sometimes its happened that me and my partner decided to do sex 1 or 2 days earlier when my partner or me decided it will automatically started in me at the time of deciding. And till the time we complete sex it would continue with me and I feel wet before intercourse and couldn't get the hardness and ejaculation at the time or intercourse and as come close its wet and over. And during toilet it feels irritation or some sperm in toilet and it seems yellowish. If I used any tab then size is kk to satisfy my partner otherwise it seems less to satisfy her .plzzz help.
