I am facing sleep problems for the past few days. Am awake the whole night. Also I feel depressed & am not able to concentrate on any work. Please advise some medication for both symptoms.

Dear Lybrate user First of all see what type of thoughts are you having. Try to find out the reason. Take healthy diet. Do regular phsical exercise. Refrain from gadgets at least 1 hr. Before sleep. Read some good literature before sleeping. Learn meditation and yoga. Take at least 10 to 12 glasses of water. Stay away from tea or coffee after 5.30 pm. These changes will give relief to you.
