When I was 1.2 years old I got Circumcision for the surgical removal of the foreskin to expose the tip of the penis, as I used to feel pain while urination. But with time, clitoris like organ is developed in my penis just below the frenulum of prepuce. Is it normal? Please let me get informed about it. As while doing sex I get super excited when just only touching this clitoris like organ. Also my partner is not satisfied more as I get sperm more quickly, just after penetration. Please help me.
