Paracetamol can be taken for headache, even if you are G6PD deficient; however, please consult a physician if your headaches are too frequent, unrelieved by paracetamol, or have associated vomiting, loss of consciousness, limb weakness, etc. If you are getting significant fever, then it is not advisable to just take paracetamol for it - a physician should evaluate you for the cause.
