I am 28 and married for 2 years. I get very tired .i can't walk more than 20 min. M min working. My weight is 64 kg. Ang going under infertility treatment. My doctors doubts of pcod. I have constipation. Due to I feel not better. Pls recommend healthy diet.

Dear lybrateuser, - A healthy or well balanced diet includes foods from all the food groups that is carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals as deficiency of anyone can lead to a nutritional disorder - for curing constipation include more of fibre containing foods like fruits & vegetables, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, lentils pulses, beans, sprouts, nuts - also have milk & milk products, eggs & lean meats( if you have) as they are a rich source of proteins - drink 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - chew your food well, do not skip meals & have meals on time, combine a carb( fibre containing food) with a protein or lean fat food to provide you with proper energy throughout the day.
