What steps can I take to add a few more inches to my height. I am 18 years and 6 months old and 5 ft 6 inches tall. I am swimming 3 days a week as of now. Any other exercise, or specific diet to boost GH productions in the body? Thanks.

You can do pull ups, cycling, suryanamaskar... But I am not sure that you will have any improvement as after the age of 18 it is difficult to increase height...
