She can have whatever she likes. Meals should be small and frequent with plenty of water, milk, high protein eg. Eggs, chicken, soybean, paneer etc. And seasonal fruits. It would be better to avoid outside food as it may be compromised on hygiene leading to stomach upset.

she's lucky if she doesn't have nausea and vomiting eat light nourishment and more of liquid diet with more proteins like toned milk and curds and lassi avoid fats and spices.liquid nourishment plus lots of water and ors exercise moderate to digest foods
