Then choose high calorie options in your breakfast like banana shake, strawberry shake, mango shake with 2-3 boiled eggs, besan cheela, french toast use multigrain flour like (soya flour 30%,chana flour 30%, 40% wheat flour) vegetables like potato, arbi, dairy products cheese, creme, butter, soya bean, all green vegetables all pulses.
