I am 28 years old I wanna know what should I do to increase my stamina. I can't walk more than 1 km if I will try it will result in leg pain all night. My muscles are too weak to do any work please suggest me something why I always get tired. I am 5.3 and weight is 55 kg.

need to decrease you heat in the body, that is the main reason for weakness . improve diet : ghee + milk , dry fruits , fresh fruit juice , fruits . avoid : oily spicy food, junk food , food that increase heat in th body . raktamokshan is best for you
