Even though very rare, milk protein allergy can also happen in exclusively breastfeed babies. Consider cutting down all dairy products in your diet for few weeks to a month - milk, yogurt, ghee or butter, beef, biscuits, or anything that can contain bovine or milk products, and also common allergens such as eggs, wheat, peanuts - and see how it goes.
