I am 27 years old my height is 5.8 inches and weight is 92 kgs. I am not married yet but committed. I tried to have sex with my fiancee its first time sex of my life but am unable to penetrate her with condom we have foreplay got erection as soon as I try to put on condom it looses its stiffness also I tried without condom my ejaculation happen within no time some strokes but still we did 4 times in span of 6 hrs. I do have habit of menstrubating daily which I control now days now am getting married in 3 month s time I started jogging kegal and exercise but still don't know about result as not try to have sex again can you suggest me any medical suggestions to avoid such problem.
