Sir / madam, I am 60 years old and retired from active work recently and my weight of 82 kgs and height is 5'7" Earlier days I used play all out side games, but these days I am having pain in my both knee joints and could not walk as fast as earlier, struggling to walk. Also having hand pain in my both thumb joints and left hand elbow joint.My uric acid recently tested was 8.9 mg/dl.
