You should take foods like milk and dairy products like paneer curd etc. You can also take supplements of vit d after Personal consultation with physician. You can go to gym.

Hello, Vitamin D supplements might be needed based on how low the values are,include sun bath for 15 mins daily,mushrooms,fortified cereals and dairy ,nuts and eggs in your daily diet,increase your calcium intake also.
