I am going to start physical preparation for Delhi police inspector .I need 1 hour running everyday but I am underweight nd they asked equivalent weight according to height. I want to know if I start running obviously it reduces some more weight so how to put on weight along with running and cardio exercise? Can I take whey protein + peanut butter in order to increase weight in this process?

Hello, Good luck for your preparation,running does burn calories and to my suggestion you should prefer doing activities every alternate days .For essential weight gain,you need to do more of weight lifting or strength training workouts.Make sure you are consuming more calories than you burn,get in touch with me for further assistance.
