Hi, I am 26 year old and weigh around 68 kg. According to my height (155 cm) I am over weight. I am planning for my first pregnancy, however I wish to loose all my extra weight before I plan. Can you suggest me a healthy and safe way to loose around 15 kgs in 3~4 months. I am not interested in taking any medicines for the same but I understand the importance of vitamin Supplements.
