Hi, I am 26 year old and weigh around 68 kg. According to my height (155 cm) I am over weight. I am planning for my first pregnancy, however I wish to loose all my extra weight before I plan. Can you suggest me a healthy and safe way to loose around 15 kgs in 3~4 months. I am not interested in taking any medicines for the same but I understand the importance of vitamin Supplements. Thanks.

Take green veg and avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise than plan for pregnancy.
