I am feeling calcium deficiency, my nails are easily breaking and feeling often pain below knee in leg bone after standing for long. Which calcium medicine I can take without consultation and for how long can be taken? please suggest.

Calcium sandoz tablets are OTC medicines I guess, you can have from near by stores but to have it confirmed better have once the calcium tested and then have proper prescriptions taken for your problem. Not only calcium, vit-D and B 12 deficiencies will also cause joint pains and weakness hence first have tested accordingly.
