I'm feeling sad, isolated and alone. I don't know what is the reason. Feel like everyone around me is thinking me as a fool and using me when they needed anything from me. I'm crying suddenly for no reason sometimes.

I think you are thinking too much aBOUT OTHERS, you need to take care of yourself and pursue some hobby of years and hang out with friends, trust this will help to unwind you and will help you build a positive self image. U can also try going to the mirror daily once in the morning & evening, and look at yourself and repeat the affirmation" I LOVE MYSELF AND I AM THE BEST" 21 times daily twice.
