What should I take in order to get nutritious diet? And how much quantity please suggest?

Nutritious diet include all the food groups like cereals, pulses, dairy products etc. Avoid junk food, oily and fried food. Like in morning breakfast you can have a medium bowl of 1 medium vegetable poha, oats idly, 2 oats cheela, 2 besan cheela, 2 multigrain breads, 2 boiled eggs ,1 bowl wheat flakes+ milk or musseli + milk etc. Then in mid morning have a glass of butter milk or sprouted salad, in lunch have 2 multigrain chapatis + veg +salad+curd then in evening have a cup of green tea + roasted chana then go foa light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + vegetables or 2 chapati + bowl of veg+ 1 plate salad.
