Dear lybrateuser, - To build your body you have to build muscles by consuming a well balanced diet with more of proteins & do regular exercise - have fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein foods like eggs, milk & milk products, yogurt, cheese, paneer, butter milk, soya products, tofu, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, play a game, do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a day also pushups, pull ups, yoga to build your muscles & keep you fit - consult a dietician on forum for your calorie & protein requirement, follow the diet plan along with an exercise schedule.
